66 Charger. dimmer switch problem? it is new, sadly we all have found out new may not work, grrr. problem is when all 4 lights are on the red indicator in the dash is NOT, but when only 2 are ON then it shows the red indicator ?? any ideas ? thanks for any guidance................

I have 4 wheels that came off of 66 Charger, is there a difference in the wheels that use Poverty caps ? mine had the spinner type. Also is there a way to identify for sure as I bought this second hand and not sure of OEM or not?
No longer using ballast but the blue and brown merge into a female spade, on one side, now using CDI and FAST ECU, I struggled finding crank&run on same wire so wired toggle to supply volts for both, but still use key to crank..Kept my original wires for the coil. but not using so should those...
66 Charger now using Pertronix ign box and coil, so original blue and brown not being used, and since they are in the the female plug? Does that mean the blue still has to be hooked up to ??? or simply connecting at ignition switch/ will do that. as of now I have my voltage source for firing but...
Glad to read, 12 volt bizz is my least skilled, oops shouldn't even use that term. It is most difficult area of restoring or building new.........Your parts are in good hands :)
