Any ideas if these are keepers ???

Nice barn. More pics please! As to your question there are quite a few places you can decode the VIN. The second letter being an 'S' denotes an R/T so those are keepers.. ;)

    Power Brake Booster

Is there any problem using the stock booster from the swap donor? I, like the OP, am doing a disc brake upgrade and have EVERYTHING from the 73-76 donor A-body... Including the master and booster.

1970 GTX 440+6 and Barracuda sitting in backyard since 1982

A lot of people that hoard cars and never fix them really believe they want to fix them.. "some day". I've seen it a lot personally and its sad when it never happens. But like one poster said, these cars will likely outlive all of us as long as they aren't in a harsh environment. So someday...

Will an A-body Brake Booster fit a B-body manual brake system?

Recently picked up a set of 73 A-body front discs to convert my 68 Chargers drums. Came with the entire setup.. lines, master, prop valve, brake booster, etc... Curious before I start getting into this, will the A-body brake booster fit my B-body's manual system given I have all the...

    Vintage Chrysler Stewart Warner Tach

Thanks. That makes sense of the 5K limit. Crud. Not as cool a find as I thought. Didn't even know Chrysler had a marine division.

    Vintage Chrysler Stewart Warner Tach

Wondered if someone could shed some light on this little yard sale find I picked up today. Looking online, I haven't seen a SW tach that actually had "Chrysler" on the face plate. Wondering what it may have come off of and if this is fairly rare or sought after as it seems to be a dealer...
