Ya.....i spent hours on craigslist looking at hundreds of them and then BAM there it was, brand new, never mounted just sitting in some dudes garage in the middle of the desert.
after missing out on the ebay one i spent several hours recycling the cities on craigslist til i found one in perfect shape for only $100.

I have since insulated my fuel lines, bought a carb spacer between the intake and if that doesn't fix this problem then I'm going to move up to a high pressure high volume pump and if that doesn't do it then we're going to an electric pump
Having a little bit of a vapor lock problem because my intake is transferring an ungodly amount of heat to the carb and my hot engine restarts basically don't exist but when the motor is ice cold, one turn and it fires immediately
Totally awesome man....once the body panels all line up straight you ABSOLUTELY NEED to do one of two things BEFORE paint:
1. Assemble the drive train completely and install it then reallign everything and remove it.
Or
2. Assemble the drive train, install it, reallign everything then weld in...
Believe it or not there is a lot of room that can be made up from the core support and the grill support together. And after a lot of beating and bending it still fit correctly if you zoom in you can still see how the inner fender is away from the actual fender near the hood hinge and see that...
Mine was the exact same way i swear. We streched the inner fender out because as long as the hood fits correct in between them and lines up perfect to the cowl, the adjustments can be made to close the gap.
