About to install new glass in my '67 convertible. Just curious what thickness tape I need.
The only thing I could find was 0.025" for a '70. I assume that would be the same for a '67, but hate to make assumptions.
Thanks!
I'm finally getting around to rebuilding the tracks and putting my glass back... '67 Belvedere convertible. Windshield and rear are new. Passenger door glass has some deep scratches, so I've decided to just replace the side glass.
So far Classic Industries is the only place I've found it. I...
I ordered a top kit for my '67 Belvedere a while back. At the time it didn't even dawn on me that they sent me a plastic window. Looking back now I see they don't even offer glass where I bought it.
So, now looking for new glass. I'm sure there must be other suppliers, but I'm only seeing it...
So, my car is already lowered. I set it up on a very low budget back in 2006. She's a 318/727, power steering and brakes, but no A/C. Could see adding A/C someday, but not soon.
I have decided it's time to make some changes and drive her more. One of those is upgrading suspension and...
I've owned my 67 Belvedere II convertible for almost 24 years. Dang, I wasn't even 24 when I got her.
Well, as the years go by she sits more and more. We live down a 1/4 mile of dirt road and that's a big part of it. Plus my wife and have realized we don't care for the sun shining on us, so...
Years ago I pulled my top and drilled out the rivets to replace several missing or worn out bushings. Been working with a friend to make new rivets, but it will be a long and tedious endeavor.
Just thought if someone had a good frame or at least the side sections I'd save a lot of time and...
About to start putting my top frame back together. I have the service manual, but not a lot of good illustrations. Was curious if someone would be able to send/post pictures of all the attachment points, please? Mine is completely disassembled. Fixing missing rivet bushings and some rust on...
So, a while back I upgraded my 67 Belvedere to HEI, and this weekend I'll finally get around to pulling the harness and removing all the unused wires from the old ignition. I've also been reading up on ammeter/bulkhead bypass and figure this would be a good time. Seems like there's a lot of...
When I got my car, the radio was gone and the opening was pretty mangled. I wasn't too concerned about having a radio, so just had my buddy weld it up when he painted the car. Fast forward many years... We now have kids and they love cruising in Belle and she's been getting a lot more use. I...
but I'm out of town... :(
After almost 4 years of sitting in the garage I'm very close to having my Belvedere back on the road. I dropped in my new 318 (76 block and heads, 0.020" over with Hughes Whiplash cam, Performer intake/carb) on Friday. Got a couple bolts through the trans, got the...
Kinda nice to have a place to fit in. I don't have an e-body or a Hemi, so most people don't think I really have a Mopar...
I do however have a '67 Belvedere II convertible. Her name is Belle. No I don't normally name my cars, but she's kinda part of the family. My wife calls Belle my...
