His name is Ralph, Ive bought through him several times now, great guy, he is willing to be at his shipping center whenever you are able to pick it up even on Sundays.
And its freakin awesome to check for damage before picking it up so you dont have to go through the hassel of returning it...
Yes! This is exactly what I was thinking! What size inner diameter pipe did you go with? Im thinking room for 3.5" should be sufficient.
Im for sure doing it now.
Keepat, this thread is so helpful, thank you so much for coming here and posting your progress and howto's. Nearly everything you've done is exactly what I want to do to my Charger, I even have many of the parts already, such as the rear suspension and all the stiffining pieces....

I am about to stick my floor pan in for the last time and weld it in and remembered an idea I had about cutting out the torsion bar mounts and welding two large pipes for the exhaust to run through.
I want the car low and that should help that a bit. Crossover might be an issue.

How far are you from Dallas? There is a guy who sells lots of AMD out of a warehouse and I bought my full front...
And I'd highly recommend unbolting everything and then getting it blasted and epoxy coated, best money I've ever spent. Even if its going to be a rodded out "mad max" ride, I'd still get that thing blasted.
From what I've been told by 440Source themselves, the 500'' has a slightly shorter lifespan than the 512'' due to the pistons used.
I think he said something like you can expect the 500'' to last you 80-100k miles, you can expect the 512'' to 120k miles, maybe more"
Call them and talk to...
