Pics should be up within the month... I'm doing some body work and really think it will be dechromed (Hell it's already been taken off by the last owner...) and the door handles shaved off! I like the mysterious black suede look but a nice form of bright pink or chiffon yellow just to draw...
Yes the fenders are welded up to the front sheet metal that houses the grill so some sort of internal pivot on that piece with hydraulic assist on each side fo make it pivot upward would be the plan of attack. I would want to fill in the hood surrounding the fenders or I might just leave it on...
Has anyone ever given thought to welding up the front fenders, hood, and whatever else to make a tilting one-piece front end? Just a thought I'm seriously considering... Toodles
Yes sireee the mild custom happens to be in posession of a 413 Industrial Block that is to be built and stuck inside it's mini beak... Breaking headlines I found a cherry 2 door body I must have instead of a four door mild custom it might become a two door instead... I guess there will be no...
What am I working on???
Uh I have two 63 Imperials ones a daily driver and ones gonna be a mild custom with a bored out 413... Nothing special on the custom except for the fact I'm not putting the chrome back on and filling the holes before paint and shaving the door handles!!! Yeah I'm a kook

Stuck with a 413...
I'd love to go the 440 route but alas I have this extra 413 block all magged and sonic tested so I'm gonna go with that... My fear is with the push button transmission controls I'm gonna have too much power and seriously screw something up... any thoughts?
Okay where do I start? I bought this super sweet 1963 Chrysler Imperial with a 413 that is so quiet I didn't even realize it was running when I walked up to it. All of the chrome trim is piled in the trunk and it is only needing a drivers side front fender to replace one with a minor crease...
