Does the rear finish panel on a 70 coronet R/T or 500 mount under the trunk lock cylinder. Mine sits above it. Looks okay from a distance but not right up close. Can someone post pics showing how theirs are mounted.

I have a new emblem to install on the rear finish panel. Emblem needs to be rivit peened. Whats the best way to accomplish this. Is there a special tool for this? I was thinking I might be able to use a center punch and lightly tap it until it mushrooms.

I'm looking at a 70 B Body. Fender tag has E-68 383, A31 3.91 high performance axle package, and D21 Heavy Duty 4-speed. I was thinking all 4-speeds got a Dana 60, maybe that was just 440 and Hemi cars. Could you order a 383 car with a 4 speed and 8 3/4?

After cleaning my strut rods for a coat of black paint, noticed there are tooth marks, on one of them. I know this is bad on torsion bars due to they are made of spring steel, but does it matter on strut rods?
