Toying with the idea of selling if I can move to a Challenger. It's what I had intended to buy in the first place. Will trade for Challenger or Barracuda of similar value (bigger than 318 motor). Would trade up for Hellcat. Otherwise I'm not interested in trades.
Drive-able big-block, Hurst...
Wife's car goes in the garage and RR is too long for the other spot. This makes me sad but was part of the spousal deal to get the car.
Thanks everyone for the recommendations! Trying to keep it as nice as possible for a couple years and haven't had good luck with Amazon covers.
3 cars and a 2 car garage. Thus, I'm left looking for a car cover for the RR. Any recommendation that would hold up to North Texas heat and humidity? I do drive the car, so not wanting to have to put a tarp over top of the cover.
Thanks for the tips everyone! The balancer seemed to be bad anyway, so I drilled and tapped new holes to get it out. Will replace with a new one from 440 source.
Of the 6 holes, 3 are stripped. All on the same side. Doesn't seem to be enough room to get a nut on the back side. Any other tips on how to remove the balancer now that I can't use my standard bird-foot shaped puller?

Hi All,
I'm looking for the 330hp 383 from my 1968 RoadRunner. I've traced the car back to Durant, OK in the mid 90s and heard this owner is the one who put in the current setup. Logic would dictate he could be the one that pulled it.
Thanks!
Hi All,
I've seen this for later years, but not for a 68 Roadrunner. Is there anything more detailed than the engine/transmission combination as far as production numbers. Rarity of options like AC, etc. would be icing on the cake if it exists.

May 16, 1968 Production. Build sheet and trim tag show the following. Paid about $20K.
383, 4-speed, AC, PP1 red over H4R red interior, decor package, blackout hood and a few other things. Now has a 440 in it.
Going to drive it as-in while I fix the little things. My kid loves it, so we'll have some fun.
Still trying to decide if I'd take a bath restoring it. Wife is fine if I lose some money, but there's a limit to her good graces!
