Hello,
Great thread for Borgeson conversions. On to my own: I had a local Mopar mechanic install one of Peters complete kits into my 69 Runner. I did not take pictures post installation but while at a recent car show
I noted the presence of an empty hole in the coupler. Now I'm uncertain...
Only took 6 months to get the material from the manufacturer.:)
Been asked by many people (even Mopar people) who think they are factory seats...
Put some 2000 Honda Accord seats in my Runner- driver side full power, lumbar support etc. Very comfy with no more neck/back discomfort. I’m happy with them (my chiroproctor not so much…new seats are impacting his retirement plans).
A quick update ... after almost 2 weeks, still very pleased with the upgrade to these sway bar links even though I have yet to address the sway bushing replacement. No negative issues noted to date.
Another note to add... my sway bar bushings are in less than desirable condition; replacement of the sway bar links as describes may change the characteristics for even better.
Now installed on my Road Runner ... is there a difference? Initial thoughts in limited testing are definitely yes. I perceive more stability at highway speeds (or greater than) + being able to take tight off ramps at higher speeds then previous. I have yet to really to test any real curvy roads...
Premise is that link bushing in stock form are too squishy; Ma Mopar changed to links with ball joints in the 90s to reduce body roll. Apparently these pford links are supposedly complete bolt on for 66-69 b bodies.
Complete article from 10/21 attached- hopefully readable ( and not breaking...
These pford links are claimed to be strictly bolt on with no mods required for 66.5-69 B bodies and supposedly improve handling significantply.
Curious if anyone has attempted this swap and if an improvement in handling was actually noted.

My new but dirty buckets ex a 2000 Accord coupe in mock up stage for the RR. Full power, functional heater, lumbar (amen) etc. Been waiting 6 months for the matching vinyl upholstery though …
Any thoughts on what might be causing coils to continually overheat causing the efi system to shut down & consequently the engine dying while moving.
Circumstances are just like this posted elsewhere by another individual: "I am overheating and burning out coils, I’ve went through 8 to date...
Aeromotive 340 stealth. A little more volume than what came with the summit/ tanks inc. kit (255 Walbro).

Problem resolved... clean tank, new pump and filter. Good to go... the 493" so far is liking the extra fuel rather than being starved for it. Now if mother nature would cooperate I could really test her out.
