I now this an old post but did the window switches from A1 work also? I have an original PW B body but need to replace the widow switches only and they are much cheaper than trying to find old OEM.
Where can I find the two rods that connect the torque shaft to the steering column and the transmission shift. I have a 66 Belvedere with 727 and 440. I can find the torque shaft at Mancini but can't seem to find the two short rods.
I need some help with a 66 Belvedere I’m building. I have a 30A 12V fuse that is located behind the driver kickplate in the pillar. I assume this is for the power windows but I’m not sure. If so, I have a red wire that I cannot find on the schematics. I assume it’s power but does it go to the...
Can you tell me if you cut the flap over the plastic guides. The new ones I ordered are not just U-shaped. My original guides were U-shaped and clear . The new guides are black and shaped like a W with flocking to run up and down the channel. They don’t run up and down the channel as smooth as...

Does the dash need to be installed before the pillars?
I only ask because the headliner is installed and now I wanted to install the glass. I thought I should install the roof rail first, then I learned I should install the pillars and then the headliner trim next...
Sorry for my ignorance but is that the actual roof rail that holds the rubber for the windows or is it the trim that mounts over the gap between the headliner and roof rail?
I know this is an old thread but I thought you might have the answer. I have a 66 Belvedere II that I am building but never disassembled. Is there a piece of trim that runs in-between the roof rail and the headliner on the inside or does the roof rail just butt up right to the headliner?
Looking for anyone to share a few pics of a 66 Belvedere II interior. I am building my car from scratch and have most pieces but missing a few and I am confused on a few pieces.
Particularly the roof rail area. I have the pillar pieces that are chrome/paint and I have the stainless roof rails...
