    Chrysler at one time made a steel rubber coated reusable pan gasket. Probably still available. That is the gasket you want to use. While you are changing it make sure the pan mating surface is still flat.

    They are not positioned correctly on the shaft. Remove the arms and rotate the clockwise a spline or two.

    The 5.2 magnum is internally balanced so you should be okay there. Just use the oil pump drive gear that came with the magnum engine. You will need a distributor with mechanical and vacuum advance.

    Sounds like it may be a bad ground. The turn signal filament may be grounding through the headlight bulbs.

    Best upgrade I ever did. Bought it from Mancini's. I have to idle with the heater blower on high with the lights on high beam to move the amp gauge only slightly into the discharge side.

    Dash needs to come out. But before that I would make sure you have a good connection at the bulkhead connector.
