Looking for some general knowledge. What is the shortest, and common, V8 that was used in a production car (even modern)? I know the angle of the V makes a difference, but if the intake gets tall it pretty much ruins it. LS's are taller than I expected and modern Mopar appear really tall.

Guys,
June 27th was the finish line of Hemmings Great Race in Greenville, SC yesterday. I spent the day watching the finish line and unfortunately many of the Mopars did not make it the full race. I did capture some pics of what did. Enjoy the 4 door Coronet with the HEMI! Total beater but...

Ok guys, so I have been doing some documenting of my 69 Roadrunner and found the trunk gutter numbers. They are not the same as the last digits of the VIN, should they be? They are close, but not the same.
VIN: Fully confirmed original last digits: 239105

Trunk gutter: (best to...

One 62-65 B-body Torsion bar crossmember for sale. I was told it was for a 69-70 but it is clearly for 62-65. Ready to ship now.
I have removed all sheet metal and parts with a weld remover bit and cleaned and ground all welds. There is no damage to any part of the crossmember. I will be...
I have a 69 RR and I am replacing the front crossmember with one from a donor car that I was told was a 69 Coronet. After removing the RR one and comparing to the Coronet one, the depth of the torsion bar socket is deeper on the Coronet one. I noticed the difference as it obvious.
So...
For sale is ONE (1) original trim ring from my 69 Roadrunner. When I say original, I mean original with the 4 clips that cause the rings to be lost almost immediately. This is the last one I have. It is 1969 only and you can see has the proper clearance for the tire valve.
It has one very...
Looking for a used torsion bar crossmember that is solid. Preferably for pickup near South Carolina/North Carolina/Georgia. Must not be hacked up and include the tabs for the side rails.
Just need the crossmember, but if I need to cut off any extra just say so.

Anyone,
I will be at Carlisle this year and if you have a beat interior almost any condition as long as I can restore it for a post car I could pick it up if you are there. I will fully restore it to match so almost any condition.
Need: front bench and rear frame/spring and any door cards

From personal use, who makes the best fitting, most accurate Torsion Cross bar for the 69 RR? I am leaning towards AMD, but want to hear opinions. The criticality of this frame piece is what is driving me to ask the question.
Thanks Guys,
