The problem I have with most shows is the groupings and categories. Seems like most shows that aren’t mopar only will mix in late model cars and old model cars. We have 50-70 years worth of production models, why have a generic muscle car or sports car class when you can break it up by a date...
Been a while since I posted updates and did any serious work. Anyways.. Got the 440 in last weekend, 4 speed and all. Spending today getting the z bar and clutch linkage hooked up. The flanged section of the gear vendors tail shaft is hitting the tunnel but that’s a job for the lift. Also...
The CVF stuff looks good, I was checking their website out during lunch. That being said, thing I’m going to stick with what I’ve got. I did make some more progress this evening. The torsion bar retaining clips and UCA bumpers came in the mail today, so I got the torsion bars stabbed into the...

I’ll get you some pics and info this evening. I’ve never bothered to figure out what brand A/C it is. It will freeze you out though, once the cabin is cooled off I have to run it on the first blower speed setting.
Clean RR you have there, love the two tone buckets. Yep, they definitely cost more to build than to buy as is. That being said, I’m putting this thing together so I know what I have and don’t have any intentions of selling it. The knowledge gained is well worth the extra labor and money spent IMO.
Got the brake calipers back on this evening. Just waiting on new upper control arm bump stops and torsion bar retaining clips to come in, if I’m not forgetting anything that should wrap up the front end work.
Haven’t posted a thread or pics in here before but here goes. Bought my 71 RR back in December of 2016. Had a bone stock 440 in it but came w/ the #’s matching 383, the original A833, build sheet, fender tag, etc. I’d always had automatics before, ( 70 Challenger #’s matching A66, 73 Challenger...
