I picked it up and found it must have been someones race car a long time ago. It has an 8 3/4 axle with a 741 case in it and an aftermarket crossmember. For 500 with the rear already in it it`s not a bad deal.

It is buried in the barn now but these pics were from when I replaced the rocker sections and a slight pic of the 440.

This one that I have is 440 and because of what it took I wont go big block again. I had to move the firewall back several inches in this one.

No floors and is missing hood ornament and beltline trim.

I was thinking small block or if I can find one priced right an early Hemi. There is no motor or trans in it now. I did find a place online that sells a disc conversion kit so I can retain stock frame and suspension. I have a mid 60`s 8 3/4 I was also going to use.
