    Electronic ignition conversion

    I have 1970 Roadrunner with 383... converted to electronic ignition. Now have persistent backfire through carb. Rebuilt carb, timed, new coil... wired Through ballast & coil. Any suggestions? Didn’t t have issue before conversion. Thank you!

    Hi guys.. just joined.. have a 1970 Roadrunner...converted to electronic ignition last week

    now have persistent backfire through the carb. Yesterday my car just died in 1 st gear ( have 4 spd).., Shop rebuilt Edelbrock carb, timed motor.. changed coil. Any ideas? Wired with existing coil & ballast ...didn’t t have issue prior to converting to electronic ignition..
