I'm a little late seeing this post.. I have Bulldog heads on my 499....we make big power from these and the right cam selection... no they are NOT Chinese..made in good old USA, Indiana... I forgot the guy's name that owns Bulldog, Richards I think...at one time he helped design the Indy...

I took some pictures showing some grinding and sanding of the surfaces as I left them back in 2004.. I took the 9 inch out and as you can see I jacked the car up so I can get under it allowing me to move it.. and pics of a crowded garage..
