Here's a few pictures of the '69 Coronet used in the new Dodge commercial. It's actually an original 318 Coronet 500 owned by a friend here in Los Angeles. Was restored about 15 years ago...to her specs...and is 440/auto powered. I took these pics at the Fall Fling show.
Saw this at the Spring Fling show here in Los Angeles last April, factory '68 Hemi/4-speed Road Runner, too bad is was really dusty there...the poor car was covered in it.
1 of 5 Hemi/4-speed convertible at the "Spring Fling" show here in Los Angeles, a friend of mine restored the car for a customer 10 years ago and recently bought it from him.
Here's a few shots of the Mopar cruise to Malibu last Friday, this is part of the "Spring Fling" show put on by Chrysler Performance West here in Los Angeles. 37 Mopars showed up for the cruise where we had lunch in Malibu. It was hard to get a good shot of the caravan...since the traffic on...
Here's a few pictures of a local unrestored '67 Coronet 440 here in Los Angeles. it's had suspension/brake upgrades and a crate 360, everything else is original.
A buddy of mine here in Los Angeles picked up this '65 Belvedere last year for $900, minus the motor. The body was in this condition, he swapped in a 440, did the suspension/disc brake conversion and put a 3.55 super grip in it, and some interior work.
Went to The grand National Roadster Show last January took a few Mopar Pics...not many Mopars, there was this '68 R/T Charger built by Pure Vision here in Los Angeles....they were trying to pull off a '70's vibe on the car...with the paint, interior, wheels/tires. I'll post more pics from that...
Here's a '71 Super Bee an unrestored California car. Factory 383/4-speed. The car has been sitting in Burbank for about 20 years...it's always outside, it's moved once a week for the street cleaner...I think that's the only time it's driven...around the block maybe. Every time I go by there...
Saw this at our Sunday morning cruise today. It was special ordered here locally and never left California...funny thing is that he really wanted a '67 Charger with the came options, but it was too late in the year to order a '67, so he ordered this '68, (see window sticker), he's had no regrets.
Came across this Mustang the other day in Burbank, Hipo 289/4 speed....the guy wisely took a left immediately after the intersection, (I would have beaten it like a drum).
Sherman Oaks a few minutes ago...can't believe it's December and in the 80's!, straight ahead in the mountains to the center is where Charlie Sheen lives, directly on the other side is Holmby Hills and the Playboy Mansion...this is basically my front yard.
Toy drive/car show this morning in Woodland Hills, Jeff Dunham brought out his "Achmedmobile", I was gonna try and shoot a video of him leaving but I had to leave early.
Dennis H was in Los Angeles last month for the Fall Fling, he took this shot of my Coronet 500 from his R/T Coronet....my turn signal was on is why the right tail light looks dim.
