    Had to rebuild my hood scope so I added 1.75 inches to the bottom and vented it .Have carb now sitting .5 inch below opening in the hood. Haven't been able to try full pass but had to add 4 jet sizes to carb for about 1200 ft pass.

    Shock Absorber Bushing Install/Removal

    Take punch or large screwdriver push steel bushing down and out. Take screwdriver and push in from the outside and down on rubber bushing. The bushing will fall out.

    Is it a big block? If so check to see if you bent a pushrod. Lifter might have come out the block.

    Very nice work. Wish I could see it. Would like to see it and several others including DVW and Malex. I don't have the skill or knowledge to do this but like being around to try and learn. Good luck and show the other brands a what a fast Mopar is.

    Thanks for the information. As I said before this is my first timetrying to set a chassis up. For future reference when the car is on the scales we are trying to get the weight as close to equal with driver's weight side to side?
