Want to prime the engine prior to startup after 6 months in storage.
After i pull the distributor i then need to pull the gear/oil pump drive shaft to prime oil pump with drill and tool.

Does anyone know if the manual steering box will slide out through the bottom if the lca is removed? Looks like there might be just enough room. Anyone try this?
I am finally ready to assemble my front end and have the pitman arm/idler arm and center link in. I noticed two things.

than the passenger side (11 threads each joint)
2- 5.5 turns of the steering wheel lock...

Going to put tubular control arms on the 67 coronet.
I am looking at the RMS (2002)which are adjustable or the non adjustable magnum force. Anyone with recommendations? Both of these units are priced equally.
How can i tell if the pitman arm is bad. The ball joint end is easily moved with 2 fingers. Seems like a joy stick.:happy7:
Anyone have a part number for this?
I am looking at picking up a 66 b body complete minus motor with the intention of parting both for my project as well as parting out.
Does anyone know if this need to be treated as a regular car purchase regarding registration/plates/taxes?

Torsion bar twist
Purchased new PST 1.03dia. torsion bars. Sitting next to the old torsion bars, there is a visable twist in the old torsion bars.(One end 90° out from the other end)
There doesn't appear to be any visable twist on the new ones, although each is marked as to what side of...
