I'M LOOKING FOR THE ROCKER PANELS TO FIT A 1973 OR 1974 PLYMOUTH SATELLITE, ROADRUNNER, SUNDANCE, OR GTX. THERE MAY BE OTHER MODELS THAT WILL FIT BUT I'M SURE THAT THESE MODELS WILL BE THE SAME. I'M ALSO LOOKING FOR THE SEAT BACK PANELS FOR THE SAME CARS WITH A BENCH SEAT. MOPAR NUMBER IS...
Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has a bench seat with the tall bucket looking backs could get me the number off of one of the back panels. Our car had them missing and I would like to get an original number to aid in finding some. Thanks
Does anyone know how to get the original part number for the seat back cover on our 73 Plymouth Satellite 2 door hard top? It has a bench seat but it's the one with bucket style backs with the buddy seat or armrest in the middle. There is supposed to be a plastic cover on the back of each back...
We took the Satellite on a 180 mile cruise today.
Ate lunch, looked around at some antique shops, talked to several people that came up and asked about the car, got several thumbs up, and ate some ice cream.
Ran into a really nice GM guy, he said that he wasn't a Mopar guy, but he would take the...
We got the vinyl top in and have it on. We took it on it's first trip last night. No problems and a couple of thumbs up on about a 30 mile drive. We were happy. Still waiting on door panels, but at least it's driveable now. Monday we will take it on a 100 mile plus cruise, hopefully all goes well.
HI everyone. I'm having a problem with my steering column. The lock plate for the steering wheel is rubbing on my ignition switch. I bought this dismantled, what is something that I can look for that I put together wrong or left out?
We are still waiting on the vinyl top and some door panels but it is drivable. After the vinyl top gets here we can put the rest of the trim on. Going to alignment shop Monday and then it can go on a real test drive. It's been a 5 year project, we can't wait to drive this Satellite.
Hi everyone,
I'm getting ready to put the front end on our 73 Satellite and I was wondering if someone that had put theirs together could tell me some kind of order to help me from taking things off and on because I didn't know what order to put them on. I never took it apart so I don't have...
We got the engine in over the weekend and fired it up to break in the cam. It was sure nice to finally hear it run. Now we can finish putting the front end on. If lucky we can drive it by the end of summer.
Does anyone know what or where this shield goes on a 73 Plymouth Satellite? I bought this car in boxes, totally dismantled and don't know if it even goes on the car. It looks bent some but usable if I need it. Trying to get the rest of the parts cleaned up and painted.
I'm looking for 4 of these stud retainer clips that go on each end of the door belt moulding trim at the top of the doors on 73 satellite. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Alan
I'm looking for 4 of the stud retainer clips that go on each end of the door belt moulding trim at the top of the doors next to the window glass. Any information on finding them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hello, our 73 satellite has a 1" front sway bar, I'm sure it is a factory sway bar but everything I can find for bushing sets are 7/8. I think it must have a police or taxi package because the strut rod bushings were wrong and the ones for police or taxi fit them. The car has a factory rear...
I'm looking for some seat back panels for a 73 2-door Satellite with a bench seat. Any information on finding some would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Hi everyone. I bought this car for a father son project. We have always been Mopar fans.
We bought this car in boxes and have never put one together before, so it has been and will be a challenge. We just got the main body painted and are starting to put it back together. The picture on my...
