If underfloor (wood floor) 120ish if have carpet may go a little higher if not feeling it
If not holding up on the coldest days probably want to make sure you got the right capacity

yeah they are inverter systems the invert A/C to DC and the fans and compressor run off DC and then can ramp up and down in variable speeds with the demand of heat or cool

They are pricey almost double a reg unit put one in my home aprox 4 yrs ago love it
