Late update the intake has positive valve seals and the exhaust has umbrella and they are all two groove valves

Yes i have set of new summit lifters. Im unsure what springs are on the head. I was told i should be good to run them by one of my local mopar gearheads. But i may get new springs and retainers to be safe. Ill post the head thread link

Yes i have top rings gapped at .028 and bottom at .018 kb pistons require more end gap on upper ring

Probably a stupid question but i see these say 4.381 where the other other ones said 4.382 will that make any difference?

Hey all. I endend up snaping one of my rings during installation. I made some calls and cant get just a set for one cylinder and I have to buy the whole set. Im curious if anyone has an extra one. I need the #2 ring part number 4342AM8.040 thanks!

Its just a 78 400 bored 40 over with kiethblack 240 pistons, crank turned .020 on mains and rods, and a stock roadrunner cam not looking for a race motor just a cruiser for pokeruns

I get that but I was hoping to get started on the crank this weekend, and trying to find a 78 Chrysler service manual (which looks like it might be tough to get ahold of) may prolong the build a few weeks.
