I have been piecing the '69 Bee in my signature together since I bought it in the summer of 2008.
Back then I lived in the Northcentral U.P. and got the car out of the Columbus, OH region.
Was basically a stripped out body someone started on. I have since gathered just about everything for the...
Awesome to see another 1969 Coronet com8ng back on the road in the Metro area!
One of these days, I'll spend some time and read through all 45 pages of this build.
The blower case and cover look nicely polished in photos #1, #2, & #4. They look coated or painted in the picture #3...and the front cover isn't even the same one, either...
I am unsure if that trim is present or missing. There was a box of trim included, however I haven't went through it to take an inventory.
My dad had some nice bumperettes from a deal he made a couple years ago. I know they are still around, however I do not know if the rubber is accounted for...
I still have all the parts....the buyer really only wanted the roof off the car, so that is all they took.
I will cut the firewall, frame rails out and sell those along with any of the other parts.
I do not have photos of the interior panels.
1972 Dodge Charger SE (original big block 400 + automatic ) bare rolling shell - $375
Price: $375
I have a light blue 1972 Dodge Charger SE (VIN: WP23M2xxxxxxx) bare rolling shell that I am selling for $375.
This Charger SE was an original big block 400 engine, automatic transmission, A/C...
Cool car at a fair price, even if the poor rear spoiler is mounted backwards.
For what it is worth that is a 1973 hood, and those tail lights are 1972 Charger SE tail lights.
Are you certain this isn't a 1972 Charger SE?!?
It's funny how you keep wanting to try to get your car viewed as a Super Bee when it clearly isn't.
You insist that because the VIN tag has been removed from the 'Super Bee' rallye dash frame that is some form of evidence it was born a Super Bee. It is just as likely (again, more-so likely in...
welcome back to 2010!!!!
I believe this car was never a Super Bee, but they made a clone back in the 80's when good complete wrecked performance parts cars could be had for a couple hundred bucks.
Odds are they took all the Bee stuff from one and put it on your Coronet. To keep things Kosher...
...and yes, those top drivers deserve A LOT of credit.
Typically the F.A.S.T. cars are stock appearing race cars (now they have a Pure Stock class), so it is important to keep the two catergories of these vehicles separated.
A pair of what? Fenders or doors?!?

Fair enough. However some folks are buying new bumpers since they don't have bumpers to start with and/or finding a good straight core to begin the process with ends up being about the same price as a reproduction...especially since a...
I don't understand what is so difficult to believe. It's a big block powered, 3.55 geared B-body with a proper tune and modern (albeit reproduction) rubber. Why shouldn't it run a best of 13.89 @ 98.5 MPH?
Surely a quality valve job, correct distributor curve/timing, dialed-in carburetor...
False, as monaco66coupe also stated you can also use the fender tag, if present. ...which it is clearly not in this particular case, but then again neither is the build sheet so there is no way to tell unless the paper trail of that car has already been documented years ago.
