    I'm not sure about your 318 Poly. But I can bolt on early Hemi heads to my '56 270 Poly... the 392 Hemi heads will not fit though, just the smaller CID Hemi heads. If I would do the swap on mine I would look for a set of 270 Hemi heads... just because I'm weird like that. A good place to look...

    I had a '72 Duster that I did the switch on and I swaped the motor and had to add 1 wire to the harness ( to the bulk head... I don't think I had to do anything in the dash)

    I think the only point 69 runner was making as far as it not running was that it would cost more to ship it since it wouldn't move under it's own power on and off the trailer... and that would be correct as i've looked into shipping cars in the past. No one was complaining about your car in...
