I found a 1969 a-108 van in the junkyard up the road. Will this year have the correct front axle they used in the awb cars ? I have a 1965 coronet and wonder if it would fit?
What all should I grab from the front end, what parts are needed? Backing plates and spindles obviously, but what...
Fits small block Mopar
Basically new. I paid stupid money for them back about 2009 , bolted them on, and decided they didn't look right for my retro vibe. Maybe 20 miles on them,
excellent condition. No nicks or gouges or overspray etc. But with any polished aluminum sitting in an unheated...
I own two Mopars. My B-body is a 1965 Coronet and my A-body is a 68 Barracuda.
Can someone direct me towards where I can buy the switch bezel tools i need for these cars?? Hopefully links to where I can actually purchase them would be nice.
I don't know how many different tools I need...
Here's something I cant seem to find any info on,
On our ignition switches we have a largeish Blue and brown wire. These are start1 and start2, or START and RUN. Brown wire is for start (key far to the right0 and blue is for run (key first click to right). These two wires have to do with the...
So, after growing really frustrated with my 65 Coronet I decided to switch off for a while to my non B-body Mopar.
I decided to pull the wiring harness out and see if I had hooked everything up correctly 3 years ago, when I installed new gauges, and replaced the butchered wiring...
I know these came off my old 1967 Coronet and as I recall they are the little clamps to hold the windshield squirter lines to the cowl.
$25.00 plus shipping ( which would be very minimal)
Or maybe a nifty trade

I am looking at a pair of brand new rebuilt 906 heads with all new stainless valves and COMP cams springs, retainers, etc. The spring installed are dual springs , part no. 924-16.
What size cam do I need to run with these springs? Are they too much for a street car?
And if they are too...
OK, in my defense I did scroll the section to see if there was already a thread on this . I am sure there is, so please redirect me if necessary. But what's the story with this bellhousing. It says you can bolt up OEM stuff, and run either flywheel but it sounds too good to be true. Cant be...
Well a few days ago I posted about my sad and sick poly 318. I think it's toast. Minimal oil pressure, cold compression gauge test wont even register unless you inject a bunch of oil, timing chain is stretched ( 13-14 crank degrees till rotor movement), and nasty sludge. Game over.
So...
Bet you guys cant figure this one out. I cant find this number anywhere. It is a Comp series, Carter AFB, spreadbore but really rather small butterflies The number is 8636 SA 0656.
Depending on what size it turns out to be would this be a carb I could use on a small block street car, or...
Hi all.
Two questions)
A) What does it generally mean if you cant start an engine unless you way advance the distributor?
B) What does it generally mean if you set the timing dead on specs and it retards itself by two degrees. I set it right on at 10BTDC, looked back in...
OK, so I am going to do the Mad electrical ammeter bypass on my 65 coronet. I have read the MAD article several times , but nowhere in it does it mentioned how afterwards you might REPLACE the ammeter with a voltmeter. Can you just plug it in to the old ammeter black/red leads instead of...
I am trying to dump the stupid grant steering wheel someone stuck on my 65 coronet. I have been unable to find exploded drawings showing me what parts I need to round up exactly to go back to stock. I have a 65 steering wheel and horn blow rim But I know there's other stuff I need. Of course...
Hi all. I think I was a member here a long time ago, but i must have got bumped. Anyway I rejoined for help on my 1965 coronet 500 project. I bought it last fall but am just now getting around to working on it. It needs lots of help and parts.
Thanks , Neal
