I actually have some extras left over. They aren’t exact matches to the fins, but if you’re willing to take the time on a tedious project, you can make them match. They’re a touch large.
Can anyone tell me the proper paint color of the SS/GTX grille? Ive heard its two different colors.
The car is just a driver, its not a fancy resto job. I just wanted to know if theres a proper color before I paint the entire thing Argent Silver.
I just got done replacing about 5 fins in it...
Man, what a bummer!

I bought my first Plymouth in Dallas off craigslist for 1800 bucks and drove it home.
I havent seen that car. Ive heard theres at least 3 chargers in Duncan. Theres a 68 in Marlow.
Haven’t really seen any Plymouths around Stephens county.
I’m hoping to make it this year. Have to check my work schedule. Thats about a 2 1/2 hour drive for me. Haven’t had my car on that long of a trip yet. My cars a rough rusty driver with 2.76s
You nailed it. It was Don.
He cut me some pretty good deals. There was still 2 more 440 blocks besides the one i bought.
Which Charger is yours? I might have seen you around town. Glad to know another Mopar guy around our area.

I bought a full set of Monroe shocks from Summit Racing last year, along with some stock height 6/7 Leaf springs from ESPO.
Monroe PN# 32073
I just finally got around to putting them on the car about 2 weeks ago. I’ve drove it maybe 5 time since, and yesterday I picked up a buddy to go for a...
So you would rather have the stamped rockers, than adjustable iron rockers?
I cannot currently afford any of the big brand roller rockers. I figured anything adjustable is better than stamped.
No, not Phil. He’s still in business as far as I know.
Phil is in Duncan, the town to the south of me. The man I did business with was here in Marlow, where I live.
I was recently at a fellow Mopar lover’s shop here in Oklahoma who had retired and was selling off all the excess parts he had acquired over many years. He had finished his T5 ‘69 Super Bee and was selling his house, shop, and moving closer to grandkids.
I purchased a couple blocks, some LY...
