That's the thing, how many of you racers change out your belts, and say to yourself WTF... these belts are brand new why am I changing them. the round track racers don't have this rule. why is drag racing any different?
I have used 5/8" spacers and no problems, but also have 5/8" wheel studs. use good quality spacers. Baer brake, billet aluminum spacers, they have many different sizes.
I use Calvert 90/10...used comp. eng. before don't see too much difference...if your interested in a used pair of Comp. engineering let me know. I'll bring them to the next race.
