glad i remembered to set the headers in first. sorry about all the posts at once,but ive been restoring this car for awhile,as a new member i had some catching up to do.

bought some mandrel bent 180 degree 2 1/2" exhaust tube from hanksville hotrods and fabbed up the system.

rebuilt the 3 speed wiper motor and made it look pretty(wiring was fun),built the dash with autometer guages,layed them out in the factory configuration,installed the headliner(put my patience hat on for this,pull out one wrinkle that creates 10 more).

anyone who has used dynamat or hushmat knows that the stuff is way overpriced,i did a compaison test with both of these to tite seal flashing material (you can get it at home depot)this stuff works just as well and costs about a fifth of what the proud guys get.it is a tar based self adhesive...

got a rebuild kit from perfomance suspension technology,these guys are great,kit comes with everything to completly rebuild your k mem.the disc brakes came from ssbc,had good luck w/ssbc in the past.

can anyone tell me which (if any) air cleaner will fit under the hood.68 chgr. 440/edlebrock performer rpm(7193)intake/edelbrock 1407 carb. have not yet set the hood on yet,but doesnt look good.had the 440 dyno'ed with the said carb and intake and dont want to butch a hole in the hood. any help...

68 chrgr. 440/727.bought a lokar kickdown cable,pulled it back off and used it for a choke cable.bouchillon is the only way to go.these guys really know how to engineer a part that works.
