Thanks everyone for the heads up. In seven years of selling the BB E body hose, people are afraid to tweak the hose a little if necessary. The part that bothers me is not one person who had an issue called, texted, emailed or facebooked me. How do I help?

I’m going to assume you’ve loosened the firewall plate in your attempt to center the column shaft within it’s housing. The photos don’t show the plate maxed out. The holes under the silver washers are pretty large. How are into the coupler is the shaft?

I’m not a fan of the Hotchkiss arms as they remove the anti dive which is a built in mopar feature. I also don’t see the need for heims in the upper arms. I don’t know if anything has changed, but last I checked they needed removal for adjustment.

With all that torque, why would you want more gear? Seems counterproductive to cut off higher speed cruising ability for more wheel spin.

Go for the Wilwood. If price is your only concern for brakes, then we make decisions on different criteria. Sometimes it’s hard to explain the differences among parts on the market.

No need for 6 piston in the rear. I have brackets for gen 3 viper calipers. These are OE Brembo pieces which serve me well even with track duty. I can package a kit with 14.25” OE rotors too. Original equipment = Reliable.

It wouldn’t hurt to get the correct torque specs and use a torque wrench.

the factory service manual outlines the procedure to center the box. When centered, the master spline will be straight up. The pitman shaft and pitman ball joint will be in line front to back. The notch on the steering coupler will be visible on top as well. Check the date codes on your tires...
