When did you know you were a "car guy"?

Probably when I took my radio control apart and put back together from memory at age 5ish. Unfortunately didn't fix it, I didn't know at the time that electronics and bathtubs don't do well together lol. Dad was kind of a Ford guy but liked Power Wagons. Dodges were much less common than Ford...

What did you do to your Mopar today?

What did you use to clean it off? The headlight modules in the 80's Daytonas and Lebarons have the same stuff in them, and my '87 Shelby Z has had 2 of them crap their guts all over the dash harness.

    The Death of Quickfuel?

Never was a fan of Holley-type carbs anyway, always preferred the AFB carbs. Most people just seem to have trouble understanding how they work.

What did you do to your Mopar today?

If you take the wheel and inner fender off, it really makes things much easier to work on during head removal. You can actually take the head out through the wheel IIRC. That's how my brother does it at the shop, although he does have a lift.

Cam for 73 charger 400 ci 727 auto

I've been considering a Hughes Whiplash setup for the factory 400 in my '72 D100. If I do I'll get the whole kit and caboodle - cam, lifters, springs, and adj timing set.

    Touque Arm rear suspension

There's quite a few 750-1k rwhp 4th Gen Camaro/Firebirds riding around on the torque arm setup (albeit upgraded), and they mostly weigh around 3400-3600 depending on options, IIRC. Some of the drag setups use a shorter torque arm mounted to a new tubular crossmember bolted to the body, rather...

Got an '86 Turbo Z CS I gotta finish up for pick up on the 17th hopefully, and a '91 Spirit RT that has been around too long and needs to get done and gone.
