    I've always had good luck with DuraLast Gold, sold at Autozone. They are the only battery that seems to last in the dry AZ heat. I may try the Optima battery sometime, but for the money DuraLast Gold is hard to beat.

    Looks like this is what I'm going with. K&N 1.25" Drop Base - 85-3549 (has the dimples for the electric choke) Summit Racing Reusable 2.5" Filter - SUM-F1318 And my old All Star Aluminum top. Well see how it all fits in a couple of days.
