2 electric fans with a shroud and its pulling air..ive got another 16" electric fan as a pusher in front of the condenser and yes a 28"factory radiator before i change to a 7 blade fan/clutch combo any less expensive suggestions?

my 440 hits 210-220 while driving.i can idle forever and the temp wont go past 180 but if i start moving the temps climb up??highway around town doesn't matter if i shut the car down at 215 temps about after 5 mins the temp gauge reads 230?? running down here in qatar at 106 °F 440 engine...
