I just got a email from Michael. I ordered a torque strap a couple weeks ago. He is having a problem with one of the components in the kit and let me know that the issue should be resolved in a couple weeks. He was very nice and offered a refund if I did not want to wait. I am waiting.

Can't get motor to fire... at all

I would also try a fresh set of plugs. I know you said they are new but with all the trying to get it going they could be bad from to much fuel.

thoughts about changes to roadrunner from stock

I went through this with my GTX. It was bone stock. I have never left anything stock and it was killing me but it was mine and my fathers and he liked it stock. Well i finally convinced him to let me change some things and of coarse he loved it. Everything I have changed can be changed back...

    Gun advice for a newbie

:worry: That's cool. I go by experience from my own and others. I do own several Glock's. I have been shooting them since they came out. I look at them like a hammer. Not pretty but very easy, reliable and hard to break. I usually carry one of my 1911's but the Glocks are so dam handy and...

    Roadrunner headers.

You are correct sir. I really should have looked them over better. Actually the collector thing was easy to spot. We got excited to get them on and cruise Route 66 with our new sweet sounding exhaust. The worst part of the deal was not even the header. Removing the exhaust manifolds and two...

    Gun advice for a newbie

Hmmm. Im not arguing just stating what I recommend as are you. We disagree. That should be ok. It is with me. It also does not sound like you are talking about a Glock. Anyone who owns or knows anything about them knows the trigger pull feels more like a double action trigger pull. You can not...

    Gun advice for a newbie

I recommend them to all new shooters. Both of my daughters carry them. I think you here of more accidents because they out number other guns carried by a huge margin. They are stone cold reliable and if the person is trained properly very safe. I don't think they are anymore dangerous than...

    Roadrunner headers.

Yes they were same size. I would say it is production tolerance. Probably a little with the car and a little with the header. The collector on the driver side actually points up slightly towards the floorboard, the pass. side front tube hits the idler arm and pass. side hits shock tower/inner...

    Roadrunner headers.

I put TTI's on my 69. They did not go on easy. Had to dimple a tube. Have a friend who had no problem with them at all. Seems hit and miss with any brand these days.
