    Still the same way. The jack hook is used to level the tire. the "J" (hook bolt) goes through the center of the rim followed by the the inverted jack base. Circle of jack base fits into the center of the rim.

    Picked this up in a lot. Was told it was from a 65 Belvedere or Fury. Very clean, just muddy and someone got cement on it. Sorry for the poor picture. HELP...Thanks
