I have been checking out a 69 Road Runner Convertible. Appears to be a very nice car. Admittedly, I have not been able to get a VIN from the seller yet to confirm that the car is a legit Road Runner, and not a Satellite clone. That aside, I noticed that the car appears to be an original AC car...
Looked them up online. Looks like the specialize in 26" radiators. Don't see much about 22" radiators. And I don't have a 22" core that I could send them to have redone.
None of the codes you reference above are on the fender tag. The only place the number 26 appears coincides with the build date on the fender tag. So I take that to mean it came with a 22" radiator.
Thanks for the feedback. Think I have some idea now of how to determine the correct radiator. As an aside, the car does have the fender tag, but no broadcast sheet that I am aware of.
