They are not the same. The ‘69’s headlight mounting surfaces are flat, and the ‘68’s are stepped. This, making it impossible to mount the headlight, surrounds and grill.

Looking for a driver side sun visor for a ‘68 Coronet. Black preferred, but will entertain others. Pictures of my passenger side.
