Unbolt the door. Take the pieces and trial fit them on the door. The gaskets go on opposite sides of the flapper. You should be able to figure it out by the way they seal when switching from floor to defrost.

Haven’t done it for years, but you could put the clamp on the rad spout first. Slide the hose on and then install the clamp.

383 auto, had the original 2 core rad, made into a 3 core about 1992. No shroud, sat in stop and go traffic at KC in 1993 in 100 degree heat absolutely no problems. Still working fine. Have done this more than once.

Saskatoon and Regina both have rad shops, Saskatoon Rad, and Sutherland Rad. I have used Advance and Saskatoon. Many years ago, 3 the cored rad. You might not need a shroud. MAIN THING-make sure the block is flushed well.

Any 67-70 22 inch b body shroud will work as far as I know. Do you have the mounting brackets to attach the shroud? If you have the original rad, it could easily be cleaned and even 3 cored. Those years have 3 studs on one side and two on the other for the shroud. The shroud was the same 440 or...
