    Coolant flushing

If it was mine, I would take the rad and heater core to a rad shop and get them tested and cleaned. Someone on here must have solid advice on flushing the block. Have a friend who made his car really nice. Another buddy asked if he was going to check the heater core, said it should be okay...

1966 Charger Original A/C car Trying to decide fix the old A/C or replace it

In 1995 I purchased a 1968 Chrysler 300 that had not been licensed since 1974. It had been taken on short private property drives maybe two or three times a year. I knew about the car since new. When we went to pick it up, I took tools etc and 6 fuel filters. During the 200 mile trip home I...

DMT rebuild kit stratovent foam placement on non AC 1971-74 heater box

Unbolt the door. Take the pieces and trial fit them on the door. The gaskets go on opposite sides of the flapper. You should be able to figure it out by the way they seal when switching from floor to defrost.

Heater hoses running from heater housing to to defroster vents.

Maybe they have Winterpeg, but we and Edmonton have had it colder for longer. We don’t get the same snow as you usually . I shouldn’t say this, but don't have snow yet. Probably will get dumped on in a few days .

Which fan shroud for my car?

Saskatoon and Regina both have rad shops, Saskatoon Rad, and Sutherland Rad. I have used Advance and Saskatoon. Many years ago, 3 the cored rad. You might not need a shroud. MAIN THING-make sure the block is flushed well.

Which fan shroud for my car?

Any 67-70 22 inch b body shroud will work as far as I know. Do you have the mounting brackets to attach the shroud? If you have the original rad, it could easily be cleaned and even 3 cored. Those years have 3 studs on one side and two on the other for the shroud. The shroud was the same 440 or...
