If you get small alligator test wires, hook them up to the battery. Take the negative side and touch it to the middle prong on the plug, touch the positive side to one of the other prongs, motor shaft should start to turn. Then touch the other prong and the shaft should turn in the other...

I think you have an easily 66, and a later one. Seems to me that the early ones didn’t have adjustment slots like yours on the right. Another difference in the over 100 between 66-67. But might not have been year specific.
