The entire dash is only grounded through the screws holding the cluster into the dash.
Try adding a ground wire from the gauge cluster to a known good ground.
That should help with the lights, and gauges except for the Ammeter.
The Ammeter is isolated from the gauge cluster.
I custom ordered my TTI headers with O2 sensor bungs welded in for EFI. You can get the TTI headers with different coating options too, but I went with the internal and external ceramic coated.
They can be really tight. A good heavy duty Impact will usually get then out, but still takes some time. I have an old Snap-On Impact that I bought used, and it still wants as much pressure as my single stage compressor puts out (around 125-130 psi)
Heat will help too.
Googled the VIN and found an ad from back when I looked at it.

Speaking of Colorado cars...
This '67 R/T came up for sale about 4 years ago for $10,000.
I wanted to buy it, but was unemployed and had nowhere to store it anyhow.
It is pretty solid underside. Had non-original 440, but original 4-speed and Dana60. The Transmission bellhousing was broken (not...
Not sure how hard it is to locate the closed chamber '67 heads (273 & 318), but I would look for a replacement head.
The end bolt holes do go into the water jacket.
If you plan to repair the crack, you need to find out how far it really goes.
I would weld repair the cracks, but the head would...
Not totally sure, but if like later B-Bodies, I think the K-Member is the same for big block and small block?
Just put a stroked 440 into a '66 Fury using the later 440 B-Body motor mounts, but it was a 383 car to start with?
My '71 Charger is not a factory Mopar color. Seems there are a large variety of "Yellow" colors, from almost white to orange, and even gold, green and brown hues.
My Charger is painted in Ford Festiva A4 pop yellow. The hood was painted off the car and has more coats of clear on it than the...
I think $20,000 is way too low a price, but they would sell in no time.
Around $30,000 to $35,000 I believe they will sell, but might take longer to find the right buyer.
Above that, I think it will take a longer time to sell them.
The problem is that not that many people know what a 1967 GTX...

I think the restored Project Six-Pack Road Runner sold for $99,000 and the seller may have had more than that into the car?
Wish I could have afforded it.
Was looking on E-bay and looks like interest in the older cars is down quite a bit? Maybe just this time of year?
I was looking for some marketing examples. Most listings are of the car just sitting in a showroom or driveway. Those have almost nobody watching the listings.
I found this '71...
Nice cars. You may want to list them on E-bay too. More exposure and getting the word out that they are for sale will help find the right buyer. Videos of the cars running and driving with a nice backdrop like a park, and posed with an attractive model seem to help sell cars.
Sorry. Keep looking and you will get an idea of what the correct price should be. Then be ready to buy the right car when you find it, or someone else might.
Some of my cars, I had been looking at their prices for years before finding the right one(s) that I could afford, and I thought were a...
