I think the BS is measured from the inside of the lip because the lip varies, from wheel to wheel. if Summit et all thinks otherwise I can't explain. Maybe uninformed.

Back spacing is measured from inside the lip not from the outer lip. And even so, the spacing can be tricky.

I have found the specs on the Summit site to be right on. Going narrower on the recommended rim size does reduce the section width some. But the wear pattern on the tread gets narrower.

If you have the ride height you want go with it. I agree with 33, the 16" tire selection is poor. Match the wheel width to tire size you choose. I have no experience with 17".

Not sure about the Street Star model. The lugs I got for my Super tricks extended into the inner half of the wheel, but not beyond.

I suggest taking another measurement. Take the outside measurement higher up in the wheel well. On my '66 Satellite the tire contact point was well up in the wheel well, not the lip. Years ago the BFG T/A's I had were great. Not noisy, cornered real well on the Le Barron turbo car. Pretty nice ride.

My guess is that the 3.55 gear will like a tire that is 26.5 to 27" for general driving. Not sure what the torque converter is, but the 11" will be just fine, so would a 12". The 12" is just not so good off the line.

I'm sure the 4.5" will work just fine with the correct size tire. Not a big cornering combination, but if you're not doing that, sounds good.

The center mounting hubs appear to be much thicker than an OEM steel center wheel. The solution is a "mag" wheel lug nut ( if the hole diameter works), or longer studs.

I never thought my Keystone uni lug were a pain, with the correct lug nut, get the 1 started and all good. For me about the same as getting the 1st hole lined up on a non uni wheel. Just my opinion. I still think Keystone Classics are one of the best looking wheels on most Mopars.

Lots of options & thicknesses available, Summit, Jegs, local car parts store. I've used various versions many times. You need the stud length to match them. 1/2" is most I'd go.
