Consider more rear leaf clamping and different shocks that have more rebound control. Back in the day, I picked shocks that had an adjustment that was stiffer on rebound than 50/50. This worked well for me.
Well if you are doing donuts, you sure don't want any of the other options you mentioned. Check on ESPO's Then figure out what shocks work. I don't use a snubber, I build the correct leaf springs and get the shocks that make them work.
How do you use the car? You can get a leaf spring that will work for most all street applications and real high power drag use. I'd check on ESPO's from Springs & Things. You may find yourself chasing your tail with the other options you mention.
To the best of my knowledge the MOPAR bars from the later '90"s are from Mexico. I may be incorrect. Several Mopar regulars have given this opinion. My leaf springs from the early '90's seem to be from Canada. Still not the same as those from the early '80's made in USA. I don't know where...
Like MOPOWER871 said, pretty straight forward. His recommendation to check the case runout. One year we had a front pump seal leak that we couldn't fix multiple seals & bushings) checked the runout, case pump bore was egg shaped. Different case, no problem for thousands of runs. I never removed...
On my '65 Coronet, just plated the top of the 4 spd hump, used slap stick w/ modified auto brackets (no console ) & later a cable shifer w/ homemade mounts. Not pretty but worked.
You really do need the ground clip & it needs a clean ground. If the gauge reads E pull the sending unit. On my street '70 Barracuda the gauge quit working, so just knew about how many miles I'd get from general driving. Ran out of gas in Northern Minnesota country road. Decided to fix it...
Try about 1 1/2" to start with, see how much it bangs during normal driving. If you're looking for the snubber to help with traction, don't count on it without a good leaf spring combination. If you switch to the XHD springs, try them without longer shackles to start with, you might be happy...
