    I have a 440 4 speed nothing crazy with a 4.10 Dana. Drag racing last year I was running out of gas at the top of third gear. The mechanical pump was not keeping up. I put in the now middle pump size. I ran 1/2" supply and return line. I also wanted room to upgrade the engine.

    Fuel Pump Inlet/Outlets

    Is it a competition series where you can clock the pump (inlet and outlet) it will have about 16 screws that hold the pump halves together.

    Fuel pick-up upgrade

    On my 67 D100 I took the original pick up and removed the 5/16" line and drilled out the sending unit and bent a 3/8" line like the 5/16" and added the filter sock and soldered it to the sending unit. A 3/8 pick up was not available for that application
