From my measurements, it seems my brake booster rod is too long even after adjusting the acorn but all the way in. Just got my MC back from restoration so that's good and the brake bolster was a rebuilt original as well.

Thanks for the tip. I've looked everywhere and thought I found a kit when vivid racing showed some in stock but my order was canceled the following day. Figured I'd look here before exploring other means.
Wrapping up the restore on the bee and bleed the back brakes w/no issues but the front will not bleed. I'm getting fluid to the proportional valve (I can crack line and see fluid) but not thru it by evidence of no fluid in the rubber brake line when I crack that open. Every component is new...
