But there are some people that have more money than sense, I sure as hell wouldn't spend that amount of coin on some plastic! And being in AZ. you have to ask yourself, how often are you going to need the defroster anyway?

If I'm reading this correctly, the shop messed up your trim and now you have to buy new stuff? Was the trim bad before you dropped it off? Why'd the shop mess up your trim? Why are you still doing business with them after this? Why are they making you buy new trim, why don't they fix/repair it...
