Some people ask some really crazy, stupid questions that could easily be answered by the OP's themselves. I'm still waiting for someone to ask the stupid question of, "what size lug wrench do I need"? It makes me wonder how they ever got that far in life that they can't figure anything out for...
In my A100 van I had to re-do the bubble wrap in the doghouse and it really cut down the heat and noise, a new gasket for the lid helped with both too! I just had carpet back in the cargo compartment and was kind of noisy, when I did the doghouse, I used what was left in the cargo area. Hard to...
I need to get a new one as the old needs a recharge. I just keep mine wedged between the drivers seat and the center buddy seat and center hump. I didn't want to drill any holes for a bracket mount. Good Luck
I'm sure that 99% of the B body's built that had /6's were either taxi's, city service vehicles, etc. and also most likely 4 door models that have been beaten to hell and back. Good Luck in your quest though.
When I got my hippy van, I had a visor that wouldn't stay up. Upon trying to do the same as you I came to find out that there's a metal plate sewn into the visor itself that's is tightly wrapped & crimped to the rod. Think friction fit.
I would've had to cut all the stitching and remove all the...
When I needed to lube my cable, I just poured some tranny fluid in one end, hung it up to let it leach down to the rest of the cable and leak out the other end. YMMV Good Luck
I show that until I got a check eng. & gage light while driving and the whole dash goes dead, then it starts to run like crap and dies with a totally dead battery. Batt was dead but load tests good after a charge, so what's killing the batt with a healthy charging system??? Just sitting in the...
The batt. is 3 months old, O'Reilly's charged it up, load tested good. I cleaned everything when I replaced batt.
Outside of the sensors, O'Reilly's suspect that the reg. has gone bad. The reg is in the computer. And the hits just keep on commin!
And here we go as I now have problems; did I curse myself?? Dealing with a 94 Caravan w/a 3.3
I had to get a tow home yesterday as the vehicle died! And I mean DEAD!
I got the following codes last night after getting home. Not enough juice to start it but enough to do a code test.
MAP Sensor...
It seems now days with these newer vehicles that if you have a maintenance issues, don't look at the car, look at the sensors for your problem. Glad it's fixed.
That would be the end user for not checking to make sure everything is hunky dory, unless you're the "bolt & go **** it up" type of person for not checking things!
That even falls on the end user do their own QC to make things are good before using them?
