I went with -20 on mine for the upper and lower hoses just to be on the safe side. Car runs cooler than any of my other more stock-ish builds in my other cars with more than twice the power street driven.
Just buy some straight hose. bend and install some alum or steel 90 bends and make the shape you are looking for as you have pictured. Put it in a toaster oven and it will make/form your own preformed hose
I just use an old quart of oil container. Wedges perfectly between firewall and battery. It's been there probably over 25 years with no issues. Helps so no puking all over the ground in our hot Woodward cruise traffic every year. Hard to see but the over flow hose is going thru the cap here.
I had a custom aluminum built for my 528" Hemi street/strip car with dual electric Spal fans and -20 upper and lower weld on bungs to keep my so called stock appearing but race look.
My red Charger is a factory 440 A/C car. Everything would be the same except the compressor brackets will be longer when going from a short deck (383) to a tall deck (440).
