Looking great. I am guessing that the tool box is not fastened down. Make sure you have some padding between it and the inner quarter. Don't want that steel box to get slammed up against that beautiful quarter panel somehow causing any dents from the inside. I keep mine bungy corded to the gas...
Beautiful job on your 69 so far. The S.E. package could be ordered on an R/T, or even a non R/T. As the A47 on the trim tag. I have both, but in 1970 model years. My red 70 is an original 440 R/T S. E. Loaded with every option but a sunroof. My 70 500 S.E. has the same interior but not as loaded...
I have some extra factory doors minus the scoops that have the holes. I can take some pictures and get some measurements off of them for you for the hole locations.
You may embrace mine then. Built 383, with headers, 3" exhaust. Holley 850 DP, 2 stage (125/250) NOS Plate system. Built trans with shift kit 10" 4000 stall, 4:88 gears with spool, 35 spline axles, widened steelies with 275 drag radials.
I have 3" wider wheel tubs in my Challenger and springs moved in board to the frame rails. I can fit a 315/60/15 Drag Radials or 29.5x10.5W's on 15x12 wheels which measure about 15-1/2" at the sidewalls.
I had this gasoline garage smell one time. It turned out to be a small pin hole in my rubber furl line from the frame rail to the fuel pump. It was so small that you could never see it while running. I happened to notice a wet spot one day while doing an oil change. Changed the hose. No more...
Nice build. Mine started off like that and is still like that. I slapped it together with parts that I had laying around and added a sleeper drive train and drive it as is.
You need any local Motor City E Body help on that Barracuda. Let me know. Always enjoy helping others as if I don't already have enough to do on my cars already....
