I bought some parts for my 70' Charger, bought parts for my 70' Roached Runner and also bought parts for my 70' Challenger.
Any one know who the person was that had the 70 Charger grille in the Golling Roseville Parts section? I forgot to go back to look at it more closely.
I will be there looking for 1970 everything as always since I have four 70's. Two Chargers, a Challenger and a Roached Runner. Is it wrong that I actually get excited for this evert winter? Yes, I probably do need some help.
I need like 10 spots I have so much. Too much work and effort to load it all and unload everything that doesn't sell when I get back home. I will probably just go to buy more stuff that I don't really need.....
Weather ruined it somewhat. Car show was way down. However, the diehards toughed out the swap meet. I was proud of myself. I only bought one thing. I had to buy it. The dude told me a price that I could not refuse.
Swap meet was smaller in size than usually. Not such great deals anymore. Everyone has everything so ridiculously priced these days. Pricing the next generation's interests right out of this hobby. Some day or kids will be giving or throwing away all parts for free..... no one will want them...
I was there. It was a great turn out. There were alot of beautiful cars. I was undecided to bring my 70 Charger or my 70 Challenger. But then we just took a truck just in case we found a bunch of good stuff in the swap meet. I did get them both out this weekend from a long winters nap.
Congratulations. Very cool. About the only press I ever had was when one of my buddies called me and said, "hey do you know your car is in a racing catalog" and he told me what page # and there it was.
