I don’t think a lot people understand just how much money was floating around Brooklyn and those areas back in the day. Some of those bets was just pocket change for most even in the 60 and 70,s. Most of us broke poor hillbillies just can’t comprehend it. Hell look at what Al Capone was worth.
There’s an old track opening up at the house. These guys have invested a lot of money opening it back up but it seems like these 1/8 tracks around home never survive. I hope they do good but I’ve got a bad feeling about it. I believe there’s 1 track close to home that has survived and it’s a 1/4...
That was way before my time but I was a big time die hard NASCAR fan when I was a kid. I was a Big Earnhardt fan and started liking him when he drove the #3 yellow wrangler car. Petty will always be the King but Earnhardt will always be my favorite. I’ll always feel like when he died NASCAR...

Call this guy. You need a laptop, USB cord for the sniper, timing light and some good Wi-Fi or some fast 5G for a hotspot. Yes you may have a few things that could be making you go a little slower, gearing and so forth but I wouldn’t even worry about...

Oh yeah I know those spindles are huge. The guy that painted my car is huge ford guy and I’d say he does at least 10 of those swaps a year in the older Ford cars and trucks. My factory disc spindles is probably the smaller of the bunch. It never crossed my mine one time to change them for some...
Not me. Im not going to say anything negative about the Ford Pinto Suspension. I’m sure it has its place for some Mopar guys but it’s definitely not for me or ever will be with the R&R I’ve down. The next motor I do I’ll probably have one of my welding buddies to fab me a tubular K-frame.
Nitto has my tires 285/40r17 listed as 11.42 inches wide and their 315/35 listed as 12.60. I’m also running a 9” rim with 5” backspacing and I have room for a bigger tire. I’m going to take a measurement today to see if they are actually that wide.
Those are huge! I’m running 285 and my car just blows the tires plum off of it. I didnt dyno it. FASTMAN said he guessed it between 580 and 620 hp with my first tune. It’s a 440 I built back when the TF 240 first came out. I actually bought one of the first sets came out. When I’m done with this...
I’d like to see the ones you made. As mentioned before I did not like the look of the SPC because of the small adjusting bolts so I sent them back. I looked at the Hotchkis and they also have small adjusters on them. They may be good for racing and staying on nice blacktop roads but here in...
On the SPC that’s exactly what I didnt like. I didnt realize how phony (small) those damn bolts were. So I sent them back. I drive the crap out of my cars and I could just imagine hitting one of these huge *** potholes here and one of those small bolts breaking. Maybe, probably wrong but I don’t...
Looks like a pretty good set up. I had the SPC and sent them back. I went with the Qa1 Uppers and lowers, Qa1 strut rods. 11/16 tie rods with Qa1 adjusters and Borgeson Steering. I live in the hills and mountains also with crooked roads so I definitely kept the Sway arm. Did you really like that...
