The third harness you are asking about is the wiper motor harness. it should be attached to wiper motor. Check out Bill Evans for new wire harnesses. Evans Wiring Harnesses

Check for power at your HL motor with light switch on. Two wire connector at motor. One lead is for open and one lead is for close. If you want to test the motor you can do so with a jumper wire direct from battery. Disconnect two wire connector and put power to each side. The most likely cause...
I could not find these a few years ago. Had my body guy epoxy threaded studs to the door scoop and used a small aluminum nut on inside of door. Not factory but works just fine.
The center pad should be interchangeable. On the ends you may have to fab a bit as the screw holes to mount the end covers will not be there on the a/c frame. In other words.....the large hole for the vent cutouts removes the area where the 2 small holes to attach end cover would be drilled.

I cannot tell you if it has been corrected. My harness was purchased around same time as yours. You will know if you have the problem as soon as you hook it up. The door swill work opposite of what they are supposed to. Headlights on and doors will close. Headlights off and doors will open.
